This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Men’s Reset Retreats (“we”, “our”, or “us”) offers refunds for bookings made through our website, www.mensresetretreats.com. By booking a retreat with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

2. Deposits

All retreat bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. This deposit helps cover upfront costs involved in preparing each retreat and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds on payments beyond the deposit may be granted under the following conditions:

 

  • Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat start date:

    Eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

  • Cancellations made 30–45 days before the retreat start date:

    Eligible for 50% refund of the balance paid (excluding the deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date:

    No refund will be provided unless you can transfer your booking to another person and inform us in writing.
     

4. Refund Processing

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any additional bank fees, currency exchange losses, or delays caused by payment providers.​

5. Retreat Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where we must cancel a retreat (e.g., due to safety concerns, venue issues, or low registration), you will be offered:

 

  • A full refund (including the deposit), or

  • The option to transfer your booking to a future retreat at no extra cost.

 

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or refunds due to events beyond our control (“force majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, government actions, pandemics, or political unrest. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or offer credit toward a future retreat.

  • Your full name

  • Booking reference

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Supporting documentation, if applicable
